Role: Contract Specialist
Location: Remote (Brazil)
Duration: Long term
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (intake, drafting, negotiation support, execution, and archiving), and utilizing contract management system(s)
- Experience drafting and redlining contracts using standard templates (e.g., MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, Amendments, SaaS/IT Agreements)
- Ability to identify non-standard terms and escalate risks appropriately
- Familiarity with using fallback positions and negotiation playbooks
- Working knowledge of Source-to-Pay process; understanding of procurement roles and approvals Experience supporting indirect procurement
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- IT background is preferred
