Contract Operations Strategist

We’re looking for a Contract Operations Strategist to advise and support the New Business and Customer & Expansion teams on the efficient execution of deals, ensuring new contracts and renewals are accurately structured and meet compliance requirements. This role is open to applicants located in Mexico City. In this role, you will report to theDirector, Revenue Operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Advise sales reps and sales managers on contract best practices, working in tandemwith New Business, Customer & Expansion, Business Technology, Legal, and Finance.
• Advise and support the New Business and Customer & Expansion teams as the subject matter expert on contracts.
• Provide support to Customer Account Managers on contract renewals that may involve multiple accounts, consolidation of renewal contracts, and changes to renewal amounts and/or mix.
