Contract Manager

Our client operates on a national basis and at times, lodging away from home might be required. All expenses will be covered by the company within the limits set out.

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts / Design Manager to undertake all aspects of running HVAC contracts of all sizes upto £1m in value. The primary role will involve running various contracts on a daily basis, however, the successful applicant will also have to have some knowledge of Ventilation & Air Conditioning design and equipment selection. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication would also be an advantage.

The role will report directly to the Managing Director
