Role Overview
Contract Manager is responsible for leading procurement and contract management activities for complex mega projects across APAC, focusing on innovative sourcing strategies and digital transformation in procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Procurement Leadership
Develop and define comprehensive contracting strategies with key stakeholders (PM/CM/PPM)
Lead contractor pre-qualification and prescreening processes
Prepare high-quality ITB documents and drive tendering processes
Jointly define awarding strategy with Project Manager work scopes and finalize bid evaluation criteria
