Contract Manager

Job Description

This position will play a critical role in Tenneco’s commercial relationships. This individual will work closely with our internal business teams, as well as with our external vendors to efficiently move commercial

transactions forward while protecting our organization’s interests. As a member of the Legal team, this position will report to the Director-Legal & Company Secretary Work for India. This position will also work collaboratively with legal team members around the world; consequently, ability to keep working hours which align, in part, with U.S. time zones is essential.

What You Will Do

● Provide efficient and timely support to Tenneco legal, IT, Procurement and business colleagues, advising on all aspects of commercial contract matters including, for example: master services agreements, SAAS licenses, hardware purchasing, confidentiality agreements, and direct materials purchasing
