Security advise to clients; Threat and Risk assessment; Client liaison and professional client relationship; Manpower Management; Equipment Management; Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints; Ensure that contractual requirements are met at all times; Initiating and chairing disciplinary hearings; Incident and investigation management; Ensure compliance to the Companys disciplinary code; Health & Safety management; Ensuring Security Officers problems that are reported are solved; Ensure that all company SOPs are followed; Ensure BPC policies and procedures are followed at all times; Ensure that training takes place as and when required; After hour visits and standby duties; Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: PSIRA certification Grade A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification; 3 5 years experience in a management position and Mining environment; Chrome/Platinum/Illegal Mining Experience; Investigation/intelligence experience; Relevant experience as an administrator...
