As Contract Manager, you will ensure efficient, risk‑aware, and business‑focused legal operations for all Tecan affiliates worldwide. Reporting to the Director of Legal Affairs, you will:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of standardized contracts for all Group affiliates worldwide, including confidentiality agreements, terms & conditions, procurement, consultancy, co‑marketing, beta testing, and key opinion leader agreements
• Provide training to employees on legal matters
• Collaborate with colleagues in Legal Affairs and business stakeholders across the globe to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
