About the Role

 
  Job Description 
 For future large construction projects at BESIX we are looking for experienced Contract Managers. This could be for Belgium, Europe or other international projects all around the world.
 The Contracts Manager will be accountable for all contractual matters during the whole life of the projects followed by our different business units. From business opportunities to tender stage, contract negotiation and project execution and close out.
 During tender stage: lead the review, with the Legal department and the other involved departments of the contract Terms and Conditions. 
 Provide analysis of the rights and obligations and propose the required amendments according to BESIX Standards.
 Prepare the necessary MoU’s, prebid JV/Consortium agreements, NDAs and any required contractual documentation in collaboration with the central support departments.
