To cooperate with the Senior Contract Engineer/Contract Manager during the Project Execution Phase in the management of the contractual relationships with Clients and Partners.
Main Activities & Responsibilities:
To have full knowledge of the contract documents, including scope of work, queries and deviations submitted during the tendering phase; To have a clear knowledge of the breakdown of the contract price and the logic of the project time schedule; To assist the Senior Contract Engineer/Contract Manager in preparing the tools to be used during the Project execution, in particular: the Contract diagram, the Contract induction support material, the contract execution plan, the contract risk analysis, the Contract Management report, etc. To assist the Senior Contract Engineer/Contract Manager in preparing the draft of the communications concerning contractual issues; To assist the Senior Contract Engineer/Contrac...
