About the Role
Hybrid in Bogota - 2-3 days per week onsite
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Prior experience in a Finance role, ideally related to Billing, Collection, Customer Service, or Finance Shared Services
• Fluent English (ideally C1)
• Understanding of customer account management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience supporting internal/external audits
• Working knowledge of SAP or ERP Applications; additional knowledge in BI and CRM is a plus
• Experience with process improvement initiatives in O2C (Order to Cash)
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
