About the Role

Job Description
• Ensure receipt of fully executed documents and confirm that file folders are complete and organized.
• Create projects and verify booking accuracy, including package details, labor, contract, tax, and project information
• Interface on a daily basis with Account Executives (Sales), Senior Management and the corporate office to resolve discrepancies
• Upload final documents to company repository, create job/ID, and publish them to initiate kickoff
• Administer and manage modifications and updates (adding services and products), and periodic reporting.
• Assist Operations Administrator with managing monthly reporting process.
• Manage Certificate of Insurance requests for the region; interact with the broker/corporate office as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
