About the Role
Atom Resources is partnering with a leading Tier 2 contractor (a Global Group) to recruit a Contract Administrator for a $1.5bn Data Centre project in Western Sydney.
About the Role
Working within a high-performing commercial team, you’ll support delivery across structural and services packages, from procurement through to final account on a live, multi-stage project.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement and subcontract letting
- Contract admin and variations
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Managing claims and payments
- Coordinating with site, design and services teams
About You
- 5–8 years’ CA experience
- Exposure to $200M+ projects
- Data centre or complex build background
- Strong commercial and contract knowledge
