Work ing with the Lean implementation team to integrate Lean tools into operations as well as drive performance improvement. A ct as the local subject matter expert for the Lean tools and be responsible for all Lean activit ies at the local site. D evelop and conduct the Lean star level plan by driving and monitoring the projects of operation advantage, providing necessary technical support and facilitating cross-functional team to meet the metrics as planned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall manage plant annual lean plan, identifying key improvement priorities to enhance site performance in the eyes of all stakeholders.
• To implement TEOA system in plant and achieve TEOA Star level plant through improvement activity.
