Continuous Improvement Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join a leading manufacturing organization at its site close to St Gallen in Switzerland.

This role plays a key part in driving Operational Excellence, leading CI projects, and shaping a culture of Lean thinking across a large and complex production environment.

Working closely with site leadership and the wider EMEA CI network, you will influence change, improve processes, and deliver measurable performance gains.

Key responsibilities as Continuous Improvement Manager include:

• Lead the identification, selection, and execution of CI and OPEX initiatives across the site
• Manage project reviews, internal/external reporting, and monthly analysis of waste and CI savings
