Continuous Improvement Manager

What you will do:
Oversee and lead several initiatives focused on improving and streamlining finance processes in the shared service context.
Leads automation of projects within finance from inception until completion.
Conducts process analysis to capture the challenges and pain-points directly impacting the finance process and agrees on the solution design alongside the finance and business operations counterparts.
Develop standard finance processes, policies, and methodologies, applying Lean principles.
Responsible for change and stakeholder management to ensure project support.
Direct and manage project delivery from start to end
Define project Scope, timeline, deliverables and project delivery success criteria
Conducts regular cadence and communication to stakeholders on project progress, risks and issues
