Continuous Improvement Engineer

Babylonstoren is seeking an engineer to focus on continuous improvement projects across various departments, specifically relating to Babylonstoren’s agricultural operations. The projects will focus on profitability and cost savings through process improvement, system development, and data collection and analysis. The engineer will collaborate with our skilled engineers and project teams.

Requirements

• BEng Industrial Engineering degree
• 1–3 years’ work experience
• Proficient in Afrikaans and English
• Skilled in process analysis and improvement
• Proficient in project management
• Experience in data analysis (Power BI) will be advantageous
• Enthusiastic about the practical applications of AI
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A background or interest in agriculture will be advantageous
• Proactive and innovative
