This Position reports to:
Technical Support Team Manager
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Identifying areas requiring improvement and analyzing operational processes,
- Executing continuous improvement projects based on Lean tools and optimization methodologies,
- Implementing process improvements and updating work documentation and standards,
- Monitoring process indicators and preparing efficiency reports,
- Collaborating with operational teams to ensure effective execution of optimization initiatives.
