Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Continuous Improvement Engineer to help maintain and advance our manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing workflow processes in a manufacturing environment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities Include
+ Design and implement workflow processes from layout, time studies, BOM and routing setups, material flow, work instruction development, line balancing, and waste elimination.
+ Provide innovative process solutions for a wide variety of project types.
+ Work with cross-functional teams to update engineering labor standards.
+ Implement and educate the workforce on 5S principles.
+ Integrate new process solutions while improving existing manufacturing processes.
