About the Role
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Professional career / position in Lean Six Sigma - Preferred experience in Industrial Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years working in a Lean Six Sigma environment or similar role – Minimum Green Belt certification.
- Lean Tool‑kit Application Skills (value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Error proofing, SMED, team problem solving, TPM, One‑piece‑flow and Standard work)
- Must be proactive, creative and a hands‑on change agent – ability to work independently in team settings fluidly
- Experience in teaching through formal sessions and individual mentoring
- 5 or more years’ experience in Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Cycle Time and other relevant “Lean” methodologies
- 2+ years of experience overseeing
