DescriptionSupport the implementation and deployment of Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within the operation, contributing to process optimization and the achievement of operational goals. Promotes a continuous improvement mindset across the plant through execution, follow-up, and support to different areas.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and follow up on Continuous Improvement initiatives within assigned areas.
- Identify improvement opportunities and support the development and implementation of solutions.
