The Continuous Improvement Analyst (CIA) is a key delivery role responsible for driving end‑to‑end execution of business change initiatives across people, process, and technology. This role blends project management, business analysis, and continuous improvement capabilities within a hybrid delivery environment that integrates both Agile and Waterfall practices.
You will partner closely with business leaders, product owners, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to validate problems, define requirements, improve processes, and deliver sustainable, measurable outcomes.
