HireArt is helping our client find a Contingent Workforce Coordinator to support the management and operations of their contingent workforce program.In this role, you’ll coordinate with vendors to manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews across multiple formats, and support the full contingent worker lifecycle. You’ll partner with hiring teams to meet staffing goals and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes.
The ideal candidate has experience scheduling interviews and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong organizational and communication skills, along with familiarity using applicant tracking and vendor management systems.
