Content Risk Manager [Policy]

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary escalation point for commercial policy issues, develop and maintain commercial safety SOPs, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Risk Engineering, Moderation, Legal, and GR/PR teams to drive aligned and effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze advertising content, advertiser behavior, and moderation data to identify policy gaps, emerging risks, and optimization opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead risk control for advertising materials and monetized content, including quality monitoring, ad violation detection, trend analysis, and enforcement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and enhance advertising risk control systems that improve governance efficiency.
• Identify and resolve systematic issues across moderation operations, sales, and partner teams, ensuring alignment on risk-benefit tradeoffs.
