Content Management Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Optum Rx's content repository, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
• Execute content development and maintenance processes, including version control and metadata tagging.
• Support implementation of AI-driven tools and workflows to streamline content creation and updates.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure timely delivery of content for campaigns and launches.
• Monitor content usage and performance metrics; recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in governance activities, including audits and adherence to content standards.

Job Qualifications
