About the Role
As a Content Developer Training Effectiveness, you will take ownership of the visual and instructional architecture for assigned Lines of Business, proactively designing and developing blended learning solutions in partnership with the PhonePe training and operations teams. You will be responsible for transforming complex product SOPs into high-impact eLearning modules, virtual instructor-led materials, and performance-support tools. Your contributions will directly accelerate the "time-to-proficiency " for our agents, ensuring they deliver superior customer experiences from day one.
