Content Designer

Our FI client is looking for a hybrid Product/ Content Designer to join their team. This will be a 12+ month role, fulltime hours pers week and 3x per week onsite Downtown Toronto.

This role includes Product Design, UX Writing and Research (on a team of Designers and Researchers who are hybrid as well). Rate range is $60-62.5 per hour, T4.

Responsibilities:

• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that communicate interaction patterns and product direction.
• Define content structure, hierarchy, tone, and messaging frameworks that support user understanding and product goals.
• Organize content and workflows for clarity, discoverability, and efficiency.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
• Use feedback, analytics, and testing insights to refine and improve the user experience.
