As a Content Designer – Employer Branding & Internal Communications, you will shape all people-related content at Quantiphi. From HR and leadership communications to internal campaigns, QShots, and award narratives, you’ll create engaging content that informs, inspires, and strengthens our employer brand—ensuring one clear, consistent voice across internal and talent-facing communications.
What you’ll be a part of?
Content Design & Internal Communications
- Own end-to-end content creation for all HR and internal communications (HR announcements, policy communications, newsletters & internal campaigns).
- Translate complex HR policies, programs and initiatives into clear, engaging, employee-friendly content.
- Design content flows for internal platforms ensuring consistency in tone and structure.
