Responsibilities:
Monitoring the organization’s presence across multiple platforms i.e. Amazon, Noon, Jumia…etc. Engaging with customers on those different channels. Creating content, responding to comments, and increasing brand exposure. Planning and developing social media campaigns. Crafting compelling content or getting it developed. Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
