Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled LinkedIn Content Creator & Growth Specialist to manage 1 Business Page + 3 Executive Profiles for a client in California. This role combines content creation, strategy, and audience growth for B2B audiences in the infrastructure and manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and create LinkedIn posts, graphics, and captions, developing content strategy and campaigns to maximize engagement and follower growth.
• Use AI tools to create or improvise images, videos, and other assets when needed.
• Collaborate with the Engagement Specialist to coordinate campaigns and audience outreach.
• Track performance metrics and optimize content based on results.
• Research industry trends to ensure content is relevant and engaging.
