About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, IG Reels, Paid ads).
- Create videos which have high potential for Quality leads generation and revenue generation.
- Manage content calendars and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Create both organic and ads-focused contents.
- Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement, CPL, leads).
- Contribute fresh creative ideas, formats, and storytelling approaches to keep content relevant and engaging
- Continuously adapt and optimise content based on platform trends, performance data, and audience insights.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in content creation, social media marketing, or performance marketing.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
