- Design, edit and publish high-quality video and image content for social and marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Write platform-optimized copy that reflects brand tone and resonates with audiences.
- Coordinate and maintain social calendars, ensuring timely and consistent publishing.
- Monitor and engage with communities across social platforms, responding in brand voice to foster fandom and escalating sensitive issues when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external creators/influencers to deliver best-in-class content.
