Consumer Support Specialist (English)

Consumer Support Specialist English is responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. This role focuses on resolving inquiries and concerns in English, ensuring a positive customer experience during peak seasonal periods.



Job Qualifications:

• College Graduate with Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a direct to customer service or support environment

• Willing to work on-site and on night shift

• Should have excellent communications skills, both oral & written English

• Should have computer literacy with ability to work on Order Management systems, Microsoft Office Suite and E-Mails

• Must be willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
