The Consumables Associate is a customer service champion that contributes to the high-volume, fast-paced flow of merchandise from the backroom to the salesfloor. This Associate will function as part of a team to stock and process merchandise and assist customers with their shopping needs, all in a safe and clean environment.
What you'll do
- Greets all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assists customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions.
- Resolves customer issues and refers concerns to management where appropriate.
