This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment, supporting the HR Business Partner in delivering people-related solutions aligned with business needs.

You will work closely with managers and HR teams, contributing to key HR processes while developing a solid understanding of the HR Business Partner role within a multinational organization.
