About the Role
Join us as a Consulting Manager for Business Central, where you'll lead teams and client projects to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This remote opportunity emphasizes mentorship and impactful client outcomes.
As part of the leadership team, you'll direct multiple client engagements while guiding solution design and ensuring successful deployments. Your expertise will be instrumental in refining business processes in finance, purchasing, and sales. You will also play a key role in coaching consultants while contributing to team growth and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct implementation projects for Business Central solutions
• Manage client relationships and project scopes effectively
• Review deliverables for quality assurance
• Mentor and develop consulting staff for performance excellence
• Collaborate on practice development and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 8+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems
