Consultant Operations Broking
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

People Management
Following up with team members on set process flows and making sure that set TAT’s are adhered to.

Quality check and control on all allocated existing clients and new business for team members

Following up with insurer on issues & escalations from the team and resolving where necessary. Unresolved issues to be escalated to the Senior Risk Consultant.
