As a Consultant in management consulting projects, you will participate in diverse and challenging engagements across various industries and organizational environments, focusing on areas such as business process simplification, design and implementation of digital services, organizational and operational restructuring and transformation, information systems improvement, capability building, change management, and Program Management Office (PMO) activities.
