These projects aim to anticipate the current changes in the function by addressing the challenges posed and proposing innovative tools that will help organizations in their transformation:
Implement Core HR solutions for true international Human Resources management,
Assist our clients in talent management: training management, performance and skills management, mobility and recruitment, ...
Pool and standardize Human Resources tools and processes
You may work with one of our clients on one or more phases of an HRIS project, from upstream studies to change management, through functional design and deployment assistance.
You will benefit from all mc2i HRIS expertise and feedback through our capitalization clubs and our training catalog.
