Construction Warehouse Staff

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify construction materials, tools and equipment

Organize and store materials properly according to safety and company standards

Prepare, issue, and dispatch materials for construction sites based on requisitions

Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or missing items

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular stock audits

Monitor daily attendance of warehouse workers and site personnel as assigned

Prepare attendance reports and submit them to the project engineer or HR department

Ensure proper handling of heavy and hazardous construction materials

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations

Assist in loading and unloading deliveries from suppliers

Follow workplace safety rules and use protective equipment at all times
