About the Role
MatchBox Consulting is on the hunt for a Construction Technologist. This Candidate Performs planning, estimating, scheduling, and field coordination for construction projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
Contract: 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and schedules; assess risks and recommend methods to optimize labor, equipment, and costs.
Coordinate project activities, maintain progress data, and advise management on discrepancies or changes.
Compile bid documents, procurement documentation, and maintain records of equipment, material, and production costs.
Provide technical direction and coordination to field crews and project teams.
Conduct minor drafting, surveys, and technical reporting.
