Primary Functions
Leads the fabrication yard construction efforts.Plans, directs and leads allocation of manpower accordantly to project’s needs.Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day fabrication activities in the yard.Ensure all lower tier supervisors are adequately trained in Safety, Quality and Construction Procedures.Ensure day -by-day fabrication activities carried out in compliance with Safety & Quality standards.Identify and implement improvement for the prefabrication by monitoring with KPI.Ensure all project material and items implementation in the yard layout.
