Construction Superintendent

Assist the Project manager in overseeing financials, risk

management, and client relations of assigned projects.

 Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, promoting a

safe work of the project team and subcontractors.

 Work closely with the Supervisors, Engineers and other team

members to facilitate collaboration and project success.

 Participate in the development and maintenance of the project

progress and attend coordination meeting with the clients.

 Identify construction approaches and risks to ensure efficiency

and mitigate exposure.

 Oversee the activities and performance of subcontractors and

suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

 Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers,

and other project participants.

 Resolve worksite issues quickly and effectively in order to keep

work progress on track.
