Construction Staffing Recruiter

Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our team! You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades / construction professionals for select high profile clients. We’re looking for someone with established sourcing and recruiting experience within the skilled trades / construction industry, impeccable customer service skills, and one who is experienced in adjusting quickly to new demands and direction throughout the work week.

• Location: This is a work-from-home position, however candidates must reside within the PST time zone (we are only considering candidates in California and Washington state)
• Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000 (depending on experience)
• Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission
• Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
• Benefits:
