Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 package
Randstad are partnering with their longstanding client and are seeking a Commercial Site Manager to join a National Commercial & Industrial Builder specialising up to $50m. This builder has over 30 years of operation and have a known name in the industry.
Role:
Joining the team as a Site Manager, you will be in charge of managing sub contractors, monitoring Health & Safety, pushing programme whilst ensuring exceptional quality and on budget.
This project is a $36m build with completion expected for August 2026. You will be replacing an experienced Site Manager who has moved on to manage his own business.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on Industrial & commercial projects up to $40m
A carpentry background is essential
