Construction Project Planner/ Scheduler

The Construction Project Planner/ Scheduler will be responsible for crafting, overseeing, and managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring that Tatu City’s residential and mixed-use construction projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role calls for dynamic collaboration with site teams, contractors, and project managers to guarantee alignment with the company's objectives and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, including sequencing of construction activities for residential and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor daily and weekly site progress, verify subcontractor performance, and identify schedule variances against the baseline plan.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections specific to ongoing developments.
