About the Role

 
  Position Description 
 The Construction Project Manager oversees and manages projects, and is responsible for planning, monitoring projects. The CPM is responsible for co-ordination and completion of the projects and will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing progress of the projects, setting, and following budgets, making HR decisions, and other project management-related tasks.
 
  Position Requirements 
 Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. 
 Ten years of senior-level management experience on construction programs projects in sub-Saharan Africa or other post-conflict countries (Senior-Level Management experience shall be defined as the senior-most or second most-senior project management official on the ground for a given project; examples of such titles/roles are: Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Program Manage...
