Join Collins Foods and play a key role in delivering major national initiatives across our restaurant network! As part of our Construction and Property function, you’ll manage the successful rollout of our Multi Site Fitout Project ensuring every installation is planned, coordinated, and executed smoothly, safely, and on time, this is as fixed term contract for a period of 18 months with the potential to remain on a permanent FT contract.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

As a Construction Project Manager , you’ll work closely with our Construction team to coordinate the national Multi site fitout project. You’ll be hands-on in conducting site audits, preparing scopes of work, managing tenders, managing and coordinating contractors, tracking project progress, and ensuring installations meet budget, safety, and quality standards.
