About the Role
- Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Must be a licensed civil engineer
- Must have experience of at least four (4) to five (5) years with mixed-use/corporate office projects as a contractor or construction project management.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- With experience in structural foundations (mat footing, pile driving), superstructure, and overall structural works.
- Must have experience in structural concreting and rebar works
- Must have experience with estimation and billing evaluation
- Knowledgeable with local code
- Able to communicate professionally and efficiently in both spoken and written formats.
- Must be willing to be assigned within Metro Manila with or without barracks
