This role involves budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring project compliance. You will support project leaders with financial insights and maintain financial accuracy across various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze job-level costs and lead job cost meetings
• Organize mid-month PO reviews with Project Managers
• Prepare financial records for audits
• Maintain financial oversight throughout project lifecycles
• Monitor risks and update contract files
Requirements:
• Education in accounting or finance
• Minimum 5 years in construction project accounting
• Strong job costing experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
