Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction project/program management.
• 5+ years prior hands‑on experience as a Refrigeration Technician is required.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, controls, refrigerants, and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with commercial and industrial refrigeration applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• EPA Section 608 Certification is a plus
